Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Lead with Purpose. Inspire Change.

We’re looking for a visionary and experienced leader to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer. As COO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Scouting across the Clyde Region. From strategic planning and governance to operations and stakeholder engagement, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive our Regional Development Plan and strategic initiatives
  • Lead and support staff and volunteers across the Region
  • Oversee governance, compliance, and financial operations
  • Represent Clyde Scouts at key events and partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership in charity or nonprofit management
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
  • A passion for youth development and community impact

Operations and Events Coordinator

Bring Events to Life. Support Scouting Adventures.

Are you a natural organiser with a flair for events and operations? Join us as our Operations and Events Coordinator and help deliver unforgettable experiences for young people across our Region. From planning events to supporting daily operations, your work will be at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and deliver events at our HQ and Outdoor Centre
  • Support special projects and volunteer engagement
  • Manage logistics, supplies, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in event planning and operations
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
