Salary - £19,000
Working Hours - Initially, Monday-Friday, 9am - 5.30pm but this may be subject to change as we move through the phases of recovery from the Coronavirus crisis.
We're looking for an enthusiastic customer services and admin wiz to join our team at The Glasgow Scout Shop.
You'll be a first point of contact for all customer enquiries and work with the team to ensure that whether it's a parent looking to buy a uniform for the first time or a leader to looking to get badges for their presentation evening, our customers enjoy a first class experience when shopping online with us.
This is an exciting new role to help ensure that we continue to support our members' online shopping experience. You'll need to have a good eye for attention to detail, be well organised and a real people person.
The role will be based at The Glasgow Scout Shop, 21 Elmbank Street.
