Auchengillan Outdoor Centre

Clyde Regional Scout Council owns and operates a large international outdoor centre on the outskirts of Glasgow.

Auchengillan enjoys an unrivalled setting in the central Scottish Highlands close to Loch Lomond. Surrounded by farmland, it offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills, mountains and lochs.

It provides a safe venue for young people to experience some of the best Scottish countryside amongst plentiful wildlife.

A large International Outdoor Centre, Auchengillan can offer ideal accommodation for group bookings in a variety of modern buildings or camping in its extensive woodlands and sixty-five acres of grounds.

The Centre also provides a magnificent setting for residential conferences and seminars. It has also been the choice of venue for many large national events organised by major youth activity providers.

Auchengillan - the home of many new and unique activities offers an action packed programme through the wide choice of activities on and off site, most of which are supervised by our own authorised instructors.

Safety is a key feature and our activities are run in accordance with nationally recognised procedures and governing body recommendations.

Visit the Centre's website for more information.
